Job Description

Our client is a leading global IT solutions company. One of their key customers has kick started a regional project and in need to hire an:

Change Manager

This job description is intended as a guide to the general job responsibilities and is not inclusive of every duty that the employee is expected to perform

 Minimum 3 years IT experience with 2 years of Change Management Experience

 ITIL v3 Intermediate knowledge of Change Management or equivalent

 Raise, Monitor, Track all Change Request to completion

 Good to have: Familiar with end to end Change Management Process / CAB reviews

 Good to have: Familiar with IT Infra / Messaging Infra

 Accepts, prioritizes, and categorizes change requests

 Rejects outright any change request that is completely out of scope or out of policy for Change Management

 Ensures that all preparations have been made for a CAB meeting, including creating of agenda, circulation of change requests to be considered, and inviting of participants

 Has the ability to review all planned changes

 Obtains authorization for submitted change requests from the Change Authority
