Job Scope:
1. Consolidate inputs and action items from Change Impact Assessment (CIA)
2. Develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
3. Plan and execute training delivery
4. Develop and drive training materials development
5. Coordinate and facilitate training schedules and logistics
6. Develop and monitor training feedback survey
7. Manage interns who will be helping out with training

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business / Information Science or any relevant courses, with at least 2 years of experience in training / change management
2. Able to problem-solve and have critical thinking skills
3. Able to articulate and communicate effectively
