Job Description

The Centre Manager’s responsibilities encompass management of operational tasks and admin staff in
order to run his/her assigned Centre effectively (lesson scheduling, facilities maintenance, customer
service and assistance , administrative tasks), and thereby being able to facilitate his/her centre’s growth
by generating more leads (by answering any kind of customer inquiries) and securing enrolments. The
combination of operational and business development responsibilities requires the Centre Manager to
have a thorough knowledge of his/her centre’s inner workings (product knowledge, facility knowledge),
and be aware of targets in order to ensure their centre’s growth.


  • Achieve sales and enrolment target
  • Secure enrolment
  • Regularly update the executive team
  • Provide excellent customer services
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations in centre
  • Understanding the key performance indicators of the Centre via collation of the performance reports of both the outlet and the teachers
  • Facilitation of external and ad-hoc programs
  • Assist HR to make sure centre employee leave management and staff welfare is taken care off
  • Overseeing centre staff development
  • Facilitate and support Sales and Marketing events at the Centre in order to boost lead generation and enrolments



  • Candidates with at least 2-3 years of operation and sales experience (In education field will be an advantage)
  • At least a Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Good leadership & interpersonal skills, with a target driven personality
  • Fluency in English reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and other general computer skills
  • Good at people management and organisational skills
  • Able to work on weekend
