Catering Sales Manager
The Catering Sales Manager oversee all aspects of a profit and service driven catering department while personally prospecting, selling, planning and servicing corporate and social business.  Coordinates all requirements for various conference groups booked by the Sales Department.  Responsible for enforcing the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding meeting planners through the planning process.  Communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel. Ensures successful execution of group and client satisfaction.
