Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for the administrative support of the Creative Eateries Catering Division.

 

Administrative duties

  • Printing of food tags, Function Orders, Timestamps
  • Filing of Invoices
  • Submission of Petty cash claims
  • Issuance of Uniforms
  • Maintaining office cleanliness
  • Booking of ad-hoc services e.g. delivery services
  • Maintaining the Inventory Management System

Certification Systems

  • Implementation of Halal System e.g. filing of documents, Good Receiving
  • Implementation of Food Safety System e.g. forms recording

Reports directly to the Director of Catering Operations and Director of Corporate Affairs

  • Supports Special Projects Manager
  • Supports Executive Chef
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 year(s) of administrative experience in the related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High level of responsibility and initiative
  • Work hour: 8am – 2pm, 30hours work week.
  • Alternate Saturday/Sunday Off
