Job Description

Position:

As a Careline Consultant, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will be responsible in fostering relationships with customers and ensuring that the highest level of customer experience is delivered via various touchpoints. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, professional and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers through various channels (Phone, Email, Web, Text Messages, etc) to achieve brand recognition and customer loyalty.

 

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic Salary: from $2,800.00 up to  S$ 3,000.00 per month (depending on experience)

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate with minimum 2 years customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic and customer oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment will be an added advantage
  • Keen interest on maternal and infant nutrition
  • IT literate
  • A strong communicator with empathy and good interpersonal competences
  • Team-player with empathy and strong interpersonal skill

 

Additional Information:

  • Monday – Saturday (44 hours per week)
  • Contact Centre environment
  • Working Location at Tampines
  • Shuttle service provided on selected timing
