  • Manage the guest reservation system
  • Set table according to type of event and service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Develop and maintain positive working relations with the team
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in Point-of-Sale System (POS) which relays orders to the kitchen
  • Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
  • Perform cashiering duties
  • Any ad hoc duties as request by Manager

Job Requirement

  • Preferably with 2 - 5 years of F & B experience
  • Good communication skills and a Team player
  • Good interpersonal and guest service skills
  • Serve the guest with a warm smile at all times
  • Able to read and speak English and Mandarin as need to handle Chinese Speaking customers from time to time/ read Chinese Menu
