Captain / Islandwide / Salary Up To $2.3k

Job Description: 

• Set tables according to operation’s SOP
• Familiarise with restaurant’s menu and F&B promotions
• Promote and recommend restaurant’s menu accordingly
• Provide excellent services to guests
• Monitor and ensure restaurant’s day-to-day operations functions smoonthly and efficiently
• Oragnise Station Plan for service staff
• Responsible of restaurant’s inventory
• Assist in updating of restaurant’s sales
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Job Requirement: 

• At 2 years relevant working experience is a plus 
• An excellent team player who is able to multitask
• Service oriented with a pleasant personality and comfortable with interacting with people of all levels
• Able to work shifts including public holidays and weekends
