Call Centre Team Leader (Up to $3,500/mth)
Our client, a reputable organisation, is looking to hire 2 Call Centre Team Leaders to join their dynamic group. The incumbent will be responsible for the general administration of the call centre, and ensure that targeted service levels are achieved.
Candidates with lesser experience may also be considered for junior positions.
- To lead the call centre team and ensure that targeted service levels are achieved
- Handle escalation cases, investigate and follow-up on customer’s issues/queries
- Handle general administration of the call centre
- Perform other duties as required
- Minimum of Diploma
- Possesses call centre experience (with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a call centre environment)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
