- Oversee the Telesales Team in the Contact Centre to market general insurance products with the aim to meet business and revenue targets.
- Deliver quality sales conversion for new and renewal business, execute according to Contact Centre operation strategy to align with business objectives
- Develop and drive a sustainable commercial Telesales Team to meet revenue profit and business targets
- Lead, coach and motivate all individuals in the team to achieve their sales and non-sales targets.
- Actively listen and probe questions to accurately identify any pain points for improvements.
- Effectively handle customer feedback as first point of contact and aim to resolve situations with high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all feedback relating to products and services is escalated to relevant parties timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Experience in delivering targets within a Telesales environment, preferably from the bank or insurance industry.
