Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Telesales Team in the Contact Centre to market general insurance products with the aim to meet business and revenue targets.
  • Deliver quality sales conversion for new and renewal business, execute according to Contact Centre operation strategy to align with business objectives
  • Develop and drive a sustainable commercial Telesales Team to meet revenue profit and business targets
  • Lead, coach and motivate all individuals in the team to achieve their sales and non-sales targets.
  • Actively listen and probe questions to accurately identify any pain points for improvements.
  • Effectively handle customer feedback as first point of contact and aim to resolve situations with high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all feedback relating to products and services is escalated to relevant parties timely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in delivering targets within a Telesales environment, preferably from the bank or insurance industry.
