Job Description

Key Responsibilities

To implement, review and improve all call centre policies, procedures and service standards

To train, supervise and manage the team of call agents and manage manpower allocation

Respond to clients’ queries when required

Formulate new strategies and work processes to provide service excellence to clients

Generates weekly and monthly reports and other documents as required

Ensures all standards and procedures are followed and maintained

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
