Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Monitoring Staff adherence & productivity 
  • Consolidation of shift allowance and overtime claims -  Update all roster records 
  • Handling Escalations - Investigate and follow-up customers’ complaints and feedbacks immediately/when necessary. 
  • Practicing “Walk the Floor” approach 
  • Liaise with operators, vendors and internal/ external departments (IT)
  • Staff counseling 
  • Training - Assist Executive in training the agents when necessary 
  • Service Recovery Monitoring - Assist Executive to monitor on service recovery issues
  • Risk Management 
  • Filing/ Administrative work - Assign agents in administrative work when necessary 
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures 
  • Call Evaluation
  • Monitoring of Leave

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma holder with relevant customer service experiences
  • Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred
  • Have experience in managing and leading a team
  • Motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
