The Job
- Manage calls from customers and respond promptly and professionally to servicing, maintenance and other queries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints tactfully
- Handles administrative support 
- Handle reconciliation of reports
- Handles office administration which includes communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Other duties as assigned
