Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound telephone and email enquiries
  • Management of voice and handphone messages
  • Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for patients
  • Assist with patients’ enquiries, questions and provide advice and/or solutions
  • Monitor and followup on all cases promptly, especially escalated and complaint cases
  • Generate accurate and timely reports
  • Ensure all call centre operating procedures (SOP) are adhered to and maintained
  • Follow up on Director’s Invisalign cases
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality with good voice control.
  • Speaks fluent English
  • Possess initiative and the ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • A team player with positive service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Compliance to company core value – integrity and innovation
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (eg. Microsoft Words, Excel etc.)
