- Handle hotline and email enquiries.
- May be required to attend to walk in enquiries at the reception desk
- Any other duties as assigned

Additional Information:

- Working location: Islandwide
- Contract duration: Varies, up to 1 year contract
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Requirements:

- GCE A Level or Diploma qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ie Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Internet, Skype and MS Outlook
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Good with numbers
- Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Some working experience in call centre sector preferred
- Service oriented
- Singaporean only
