- Attend to inbound calls with good manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information based on customer’s needs
- Transfer calls to respective department following customer’s request
- Keep records of all conversations in call centre database
- Provide administrative support such as preparing daily performance reports
- Minimum O level / Nitec / diploma
- Excellent communication skills
