Job Description

Multiple Headcounts needed!

Working hours: Office Hours / Rotating Shifts

 

Job Scope:

  • Attend to inbound calls with good manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information based on customer’s needs
  • Transfer calls to respective department following customer’s request
  • Keep records of all conversations in call centre database
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing daily performance reports

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable to work in call centre environment
