Call Centre Officer (Govt Hotline/ Office Hour/ Up to $2700)
Job Description
- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6.00pm/ East area
- Up to $2500 basic with monthly KPI incentive
- Handle government hotline
Main duties:
- To handle call enquiries, feedback and complaints received from the public
- Update CRM database
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
