Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage & build profitable general insurance portfolio
  • Responsible for department budget, revenues & expenses
  • Plan & develop insurance programs for Cardmembers with business partners
  • Manage an outbound call centre & ensure the sales team meet & exceed the sales target
  • Plan, co-ordinate & execute alternate marketing avenues with business partners & internal departments
  • Plan & develop Telemarketing team through recruitment, selection, training & development, monitoring & coaching
  • Ensure adherence to the compliance of the relevant regulatory, Call Centre Best Practice & the Company guidelines
  • Manage the day-to-day sales administration function & operational performance reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree with 6 years of General Insurance experiences
  • Possess relevant General Insurance Certificate 
  • Possess good leadership and communication skills
  • Only Singaporean
