Call Centre Manager @ CBP - Up to $6000 + PB

- Up to $6000 + PB
- Management of day-to-day operations of the sales channel including financial budgets, communications, training, sales/performance management & staff coaching & retention.
- Support & drive Team Managers on sales operational requirements, to achieve and exceed team productivity levels and sales targets.
- Initiate and execute motivation programs and track performance of teams, decide/plan fun incentives and competitions for Team Managers and Telemarketers.
- Monitor and improve Call Centre and channel management performance with other departments or divisions within the company and business partners.
- Take ownership on sales
- Reporting to Management on performance and results.
- Up to $6000 + PB
- Candidate must possess at least a A level or Diploma any field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing outbound telemarketing sales team
- Preferably CGI certified (or also known as BCP and PGI) and Health Insurance (HI) certified.
- Demonstrate service attitude and professional/technical knowledge of computer and system skill (Microsoft Excel).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in working in a computerized environment will be an advantage.
