- Assist to manage and improve the operational workflow and service standards of Contact Centre.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the retail team, logistic team and other departments to continuously improve processes and operation models to ensure excellence client experience
- Manage and work closely with co-workers to follow up and respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor, analyse and report on service indicators to the senior management.
- Degree in any field
- 3 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality industry
- Must have call centre experience.
