Job Description

World leading luxury retailer is seeking for passionate, highly distinctive individuals to join the team as Call Centre Executive!

 

Budget: S$3500

 

Job scope

  • Assist to manage and improve the operational workflow and service standards of Contact Centre.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the retail team, logistic team and other departments to continuously improve processes and operation models to ensure excellence client experience
  • Manage and work closely with co-workers to follow up and respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on service indicators to the senior management. 

 

Requirements

  • Degree in any field
  • 3 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality industry
  • Must have call centre experience.
