  1. Candidate must have at least 2 or 3 years experience in a call centre environment
  2. Good communications with the ability to supervise and interact with call centre agents as well as internal/external customers.
  3. Good problem solving skills to effectively resolve customers’ issues and/or multiple work issues from team members
  4. Call centre team lead needs to have good leadership skills to supervise call centre agents and work with them to resolve it
  5. Diploma qualifications with at least 2 or 3 years customer service or call centre experience
