Call Centre Executive(Jurong East MRT)
- Candidate must have at least 2 or 3 years experience in a call centre environment
- Good communications with the ability to supervise and interact with call centre agents as well as internal/external customers.
- Good problem solving skills to effectively resolve customers’ issues and/or multiple work issues from team members
- Call centre team lead needs to have good leadership skills to supervise call centre agents and work with them to resolve it
- Diploma qualifications with at least 2 or 3 years customer service or call centre experience
