Job Description

  • Book Specialist appointment
  • Call members/patients
  • Call clinics to book the appointments 
  • Answer enquires via emails and phones
  • Key in call details into the system
  • Route calls to the appropriate personnel if required
  • Follow up calls to the customers if necessary
  • Provide admin support to the team

Requirements: 

  • Min GCE O Levels and above
  • Piror experience in healthcare industry would be a good adavatage 
  • Able to start immeidately or within short notice period
