Job Description
- Book appointment
- Call members/patients to appointment dates
- Call clinics to book the appointments for the members/patients
- Check specialist coverage of the members in the portal/system
- Answer enquires via emails and phones
- Key in call details into the system
- Route calls to the appropriate personnel if required
- Follow up calls to the customers if necessary
- Provide admin support to the team
Requirement:
- Min GCE O Levels and above
- Prior call centre experience is required
- Prior experience in healthcare industry would be a good advantage
- Able to start immediately
