Job Description:

  • Assist in managing and improving the operational workflow and service standards of contact centre
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the polyclinic operationsteam, quality team to improve processes and operations model to better coordinate the care for patients
  • Manage and work closely with Co-workers to follow up and respond to feedback
  • Monitor, analyse and report on service indicators to senior management

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience in call centre/ healthcare sector
  • Preferably candidates with healthcare experience
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team.
  • Good understanding of service excellence and quality measurements tools, as well as experience in implementing service-related programmes is essential.
  • Experienced with administering chatbot and managing live chats, email ticketing solutions and systems are an advantage
