LOCATION:
Raffles place 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer service hotline regarding vehicle, public transport, road & traffic related matters
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
Any other admin duties as assigned

WORKING HOUR:
Mon to Fri (According to roster) +
8am - 5pm
11am - 8pm
1pm - 10pm 
Sat or Sun (Can choose)
8am to 12pm or 2pm to 6pm

SALARY:
$9.5/h + shift allowance
