Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls on the Service hotline
- In the front-line giving excellent customer service at all times
- Attend to Customer queries and schedule appointments with services teams
- Provide solutions and alternatives to customers
- Assist Supervisors to resolve daily operation issues

Requirements:

- GCE "N" Level and above
- Training will be provided
