Job Description

  • Stationed in Call Centre to attend to in-bound  calls and maintenance arrangements
  • Follow up with customers after service rendered
  • Prepare daily and monthy reports 
  • Adhoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE N Level with some customers service working experiences preferably
  • MS Offices (Word & Excel)
  • Able to communicate in good English
  • 5 days work week including weekend and Public Holiday (Monthly Dutyroster)
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
  • Preferably candidates staying in the East
