Job Description

  • Stationed in Call Centre to attend to call in complaints and maintenance arrangements
  • Follow up with customers after service rendered
  • Prepare daily and monthy reports 

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE N Level with some customers service experiences
  • PC Literacy with MS Offices knowledge
  • Able to communicate in good English
  • Must be willing to work on weekend and Public Holiday when scheduled
  • Able to start work as early as 7.30am (1st shift) and End work at 10.30pm (2nd shift) 
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
  • Preferably candidates staying on the East
