- Basic salary up to $2100 + AWS
- Easily accessible from Tai Seng MRT Station
- 5-day work week: Mondays – Fridays

Our client, a manufacturing Japanese MNC, is currently seeking for a suitable candidate to join their expanding team as a Call-Centre Admin Officer.
Job responsibilities:
- Attend customers/clients’ requests over the phone and other platforms which include Whatapps and Email
- Prepare and ensure accuracy in the orders received before delivery
- Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for delivery once orders are confirmed
- Generate and email quotations to customers upon request
- Other administrative/call-centre duties assigned
Job requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel)
- Vlookup and Sumif
- Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience performing administrative and call-centre responsibilities are preferred
- Minimum Diploma in any majors
Working Hours:
Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am – 6.00pm
(Wednesdays, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
