Job Description

  • Basic salary up to $2100 + AWS  
  • Easily accessible from Tai Seng MRT Station
  • 5-day work week: Mondays – Fridays
  • Permanent role; good platform to gain industrial experience


Our client, a manufacturing Japanese MNC, is currently seeking suitable candidate to join their expanding team as a Call-Centre Admin Officer.


Job responsibilities:

  • Attend customers/clients’ requests over the phone and other platforms which include Whatapps and Email
  • Handle clients' requests promptly and liaise/co-ordinate with technicians professionally 
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy in the orders received before delivery
  • Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for delivery once orders are confirmed
  • Generate and email quotations to customers upon request


Job requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel)
    • Vlookup and Sumif
  • Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience performing administrative and call-centre responsibilities are preferred  
  • Minimum Diploma in any majors 


Working Hours:

Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am – 6.00pm

(Wednesdays, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
