Job Description

  • Answer enquires via emails and phones
  • Key in call details into the system
  • Route calls to the appropriate personnel if required
  • Handle simple escalation
  • Assessment and Issuance of Letter of Guarantee to policy holders
  • Follow up calls to the customers if necessary
  • Provide admin support to the team

 

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree (O or SPM holders with relevant experience will considered)
  • Min 1 year call center experience 
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice period if needed
