Job Scopes:

  • Attend to inbound calls with good manner and uphold the organisation's telephone standard.
  • Provide accurate and timely information.
  • Transfer calls to respective department and follow up on their status.
  • Attend to general enquiries from patients.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as preparing of statics, daily performance report etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum possess of N/O/A Level
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Able to work in fast-paced call centre environment.
