Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Customer Experience Management framework and strategies and drive projects to acheive deliverables
  • Lead Customer Journey Mapping and Design Thinking activities to gather data and information for designing suitable solutions
  • Monitor Customer Engagement KPIs
  • Manage complaints and feedback from customers and business partner  
  • Lead process improvement and change management initiatives to improve overall organisation-wide efficiency
  • Manage project process, KPIs, costs and turnaround time

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with 6-sigma qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Experience projects within Banks/Insurance
  • Leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
