Business Transformation, Customer Experience Specialist
- Conduct Customer Journey Mapping initiatives to gather customer inputs for the delivery of customer-centred solutions, platforms and products
- Ensure that Customer Engagement KPIs are met
- Collabrate with Customers and Business Partners on complaints and feedback, look into root cause, analyse trends, implement corrective action plans etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management
- Tertiary qualifications with minimum 5 years of relevant change/transformation experience in Financial Services
- Execllent communication and stakeholder management skills
