Job Description

We are seeking for highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as Business Support Specialist.


The Business Support Specialist responsibilities is to assist the business team in full spectrum of customer support in the following aspect:

  • To provide full-fledge sales & admin support to the Business Development Team

  • To assist Business Development Team in the preparation of tender and proposal

  • To assist Business Development Team in providing customer support matters

  • To conduct user training at client site.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or Business

  • Confident to conduct training at client site

  • Abie to work effectively under stress and independently

  • Meticulous and able to work within tight deadline

  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills with strong client-service orientation
