Job Description

Position 1:

  1. Payroll/HR and Business Role
  • Pro-actively perform the payroll and daily accounting function to support the company’s day-to-day business operations, including staffs welfare, gatherings, on-boarding/exit, career development, performance appraisals/increment reviews, grievances handling, social media communications / greetings.
  • Timely and accurate production of management and sales reports.
  • Strategize, plan, execute and monitor/review/modify the Payroll/HR and Business function implementations to achieve the agreed objectives and targets timely or in-advance.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as data-entry, filing, etc.
  • Support special and ad-hoc projects, as well as
  • B. Customer (account) and Staff Relationship Management & C. Others

 

Position 2:

  1. Recruitment/HR and Business Role
  • Pro-actively conduct recruitments to support customers’ and projects’ need.
  • Participate in career fairs regularly to source for the right candidates, as well as to promote our brand.
  • Support the company’s day-to-day business operations, including job descriptions review and enhancement, on-line job postings, preparing offer letters, etc.
  • Timely and accurate production of management and sales reports.
  • Strategize, plan, execute and monitor/review/modify the Recruitment/HR and Business function implementations to achieve the agreed objectives and targets timely or in-advance.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as data-entry, filing, etc.
  • Support special and ad-hoc projects, as well as
  • B. Customer (account) and Staff Relationship Management & C. Others

 

 

Position 3:

  1. ICT Service & Digital Solutions and Business Role
  • Pro-actively carry out business development and sales engagement for Organizations, MNC and SME market segments on their ICT Service and Digital Solution needs.
  • Perform sales and tender quotations/proposals/presentations according to customer needs and on a timely basis. Work closely with sub-contractors on the solution and pricings in order to propose the full solution or service to the customer accordingly.
  • Participate in exhibitions, career fairs and conferences to promote Thatz 2.0 services and solutions and to source for potential customers, as well as, build the user community.
  • Support the company’s day-to-day business operations, including customer maintenance service request co-ordination with the service team and renewals; customers license monitoring, renewal quotation, purchases and fulfillment; etc.
  • Timely and accurate production of management and sales reports.
  • Strategize, plan, execute and monitor/review/modify the ICT Service & Digital Solutions and Business function implementations to achieve the agreed objectives and targets timely or in-advance.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as data-entry, filing, etc.
  • Support special and ad-hoc projects, as well as
  • B. Customer (account) and Staff Relationship Management & C. Others

 

  1. Customer (account) and Staff Relationship Management
  • Regular customers’ and staffs’ relationship building to develop their confidence and trust in Thatz.
  • Develop and support customers’ business need promptly in order to convert into sales revenue.

 

  1. Others
  • Perform regular review of the business processes and challenges and identify solutions to improve the business productivity.
  • Support regional business expansion plan.

 

What we are looking for?

  1. A professional qualification.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the Payroll, Recruitment, HR, Accounting, Finance and/or IT field with solid customers and staffs engagement expertise.
  3. Professional, enterprising, resourceful, self-initiated/starter/motivated, detailed and result-oriented personnel.
  4. Quick learner and adaptive to a dynamic working environment.
  5. Reliable and able to take ownership of areas under your responsibilities.
  6. A team player and able to work under pressure.
  7. Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  8. Looking for long-term career advancement within the company.

 

What will the Career Progression / Path be like?

  • Business / Management Executive (3 to 5 years*)
  • Assistant / Manager / Senior (4 to 10 years*)
  • Director/ Senior (10 to 15 years*)
  • Junior/Partner/Senior (> 12 years*)
