Job Description


  • Responsible for office operation to ensure effective and timely system is in place and report to management
  • Provide administrative and professional service to clients related to new business, renewal business, enquiries, claims handling and quotation preparation
  • Build good rapport and maintain good working relationship with clients and insurance companies
  • Any other adhoc duties as and when required



  • Involve in on-going projects
  • Training will be provided
  • Gain first-hand experience on general insurance broker operation
  • Gain knowledge of corporate risk management
  • Company sponsorship for management courses

  • Minimum Diploma or GCE “A” Level or equivalent with Certificate of General Insurance (CGI)
  • Entry level candidates are welcome
  • With BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI Certificates and General Insurance experience is an advantage
  • Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communications skills 
  • Independent, meticulous, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients) 
  • Common sense, great judgement and a good sense of humor
  • Able to commence immediately or on short notice
  • For Part-Time, must be able to commit Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm
