Job Description

Our Client, a rapidly expanding technology company, specializing in digital media & content marketing on a regional platform, are seeking for Business Director to take charge of the Advertising Sales team in Singapore.




  • Directly reporting to the GM
  • To oversee the local advertising sales in SG
  • Manage & building the Advertising Sales team  
  • Sell digital & native ad / content marketing products and services, plan online marketing campaign to clients
  • Prospecting, identifying & acquiring new clients for selling online advertising solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities & build the Sales Team to achieve aggressive sales targets
  • Perform account servicing & maintain good relationship with key international clients, advertising agencies & maximize advertising revenues
  • Responsible for driving the advertising sales & the promotion of the company's integrated advertising & marketing business
  • Develop & identify Ad Sales opportunities of all digital on the advertising platform.
  • Collaborate with Editorial teams to tailor advertising / marketing offerings to suit the needs of direct advertisers & agency partners 
  • Coordinate with the Sales Operations team to optimize the effectiveness of client campaigns
  • Keep management abreast with the digital advertising trends & provide expertise in Ad serving and measurement
  • Conduct constant agency education



  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or other relevant fields
  • 6–10 years' experience in media sales and / or account management, preferably with experience from media agency or publisher managing a brand’s digital advertising strategy & buying activities
  • Able to work under pressure & determined to meet sales targets
  • Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good time management & problem-solving skills
  • Target-oriented, Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic & good team player
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as  Sales Director
