About Getz

Getz is a tech enabler since 2008 and has served more than 800 F&Bs in Singapore. We enable F&Bs to have their own Instore QR contactless self-ordering, online advance pickup, island wide delivery, CRM system, reservation system and POS system.

 

The Circuit Breaker has brought the retail F&B space to a standstill.
Restaurants, eateries and cafes lost major part of their revenue and many of them closed permanently. Getz solutions has enabled many of the F&Bs to continue to operate and  weather the tough two months of CB period. It will play an even more important role for the F&B industry in the upcoming days.

 

We are building up a team of battle-hardened and seasoned business development managers who is able to provide consultation to the F&Bs on digital transformation and bring in the important revenue for the organisation.


Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager must have analytical ability to understand, analyse, shape/re-define needs and provide consultation advice to F&B merchants on successful implementation of instore and online digital transformation. Since F&B owners may not be the most tech savvy, managers must be able to inspire buyers and drive change by communicating value that has maximum impact for the F&B business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop good understanding of F&B Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance
  • Develop good understanding of Getz solutions and able to communicate value that has maximum impact on the F&B business
  • Engage with inbound leads and convert them into contracts
  • Build own pipeline of outbound leads and convert them into contracts
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

 

Requirements

  • Preferably candidates with existing/past experience working in F&B industry. This experience will be crucial in understanding the needs and pain points of F&B
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales experience; preferably in B2B sales
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
  • Hungry for results, disciplined and able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum GCE “O” Level
