Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Development new potential Channel Retailers
  • Establish good rapport and professional relationships with partner’s key personnel
  • Work with Distributor’s sales personnel to cascade information to retailer level
  • Conduct product training to equip Distributor’s sales personnel with adequate product knowledge to maximize sales
  • Execute differentiated trade and consumer promotion mechanics through analysis of market and competitor’s insight
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to capitalize on opportunities to gain competitive advantages and address business issues
  • Able to lead a team

 

Requirements:

  • Min “A” level
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in Sales (FMCG on-trade, off-trade, Food discipline, Distribution)
  • FMCG or Telco account/distributor management sales and distribution
  • Good in business savvy and knowledge of Go-To-Market skill
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
