Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for winning new business
Formulate competitive sales proposals for potential customers and plan & meet sales target on regular basis.
Follow up on sales performance of accounts and take corrective actions for under performance
Respond and close monitoring of sales leads provided by management, respective business units and regional offices
Must have knowledge of sales reporting and making client database

Requirements:
5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Gaskets in Singapore and Indonesia markets
Should have hands on experience in selling industrial gaskets mainly to the Oil & Gas industries, refineries and other industrial segment.
Storng interpersonal and excellent negotiation & customer convincing skills to be able to establish good rapports with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self driven with a positive work attitude,meticulous and able to work independently with positive work attitude in competitive environment & handle sales stress& plan to achieve sales target
Overseas travel to meet clients are required
Possess own vehicle with valid Class 3 license
