Job Description

Our platform (B) to Clinics (B) to Patients (C)

The business delivers health services through its online medical platform that include online bookings, consultations and prescriptions. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

 

Responsibilities / Expected Contributions

  • Successful and smooth product launch within a given time;
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Setting specific, measurable and achievable goals and objectives;
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable people.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum JLPT N1, to liaise with doctors and customers in Japan daily.
  • Digital marketing experience;
  • Project management;
  • Good Communication and Negotiation skills;
  • Time Management and planning skills;
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain a good client relationship;
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
