(A) Domestic & Overseas Business Development and Customer Services

  • Understand market trends such as products and technologies in building industries, so as to develop domestic and/or overseas market and strategies of entry
  • Maintain positive working relationships with existing architect/developer/façade consultant, as well as new partnerships
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and establishing new customers by cold calling
  • Search for new and upcoming projects in local markets
  • Prepare and present quotations and tender documents
  • Attend customers' ad hoc enquiries such as technical information of products through online or phone calls
  • Provide after sales service and respond to customers complaints
  • Attend to assigned marketing overseas agent


(B) Marketing, Sales and Project Management

  • Extend company brand awareness by means of marketing, company’s communication activities and public relationship etc
  • Launch and market new products, which includes conducting company and/or product presentation during technical exhibitions or trade shows
  • Project management for new orders/enquiry
  • Inventory management/monitor for project
  • Promote slow moving stocks


(C) Others

 

  • Conduct internal training on products
  • Lead the entire business development team and work closely with other departments to achieve company directions and goals such as sales target, market intelligence, sales forecast, sourcing and review for new and existing suppliers, collection of payments, etc
  • Half yearly KPI reporting
  • Fulfil any other duties as assigned by the management


Requirements

  • Singaporean
  • Min Diploma in Business graduate with engineering working background / Diploma in Engineering / Diploma in business / Degree in other
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin as there is a need to handle Mandarin speaking working associates
  • Min 2 years related experience in the industry
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willing to work under fast paced and stressful environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work with international clients
  • Strong client service skills especially working with international clients


Other information

  • 5 days work week
  • Fixed flexible working hours (8am to 5.30pm OR 8.30am to 6pm OR 9am to 6.30pm)
  • Location: Within walking distance from Tuas West Road MRT
  • Salary: Up to S$3,500 (Based on experience)
