Business Development Executive

Manage the sales and distribution network in the assigned market segments
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Business Development
To develop and implement a local sales strategy for all THE COMPANY products and services in line with overall strategy of Asia Pacific offices. To identify market potentials and ensure the growth of business through various sales channels. To implement the right distribution channels for all THE COMPANY products and brands. To intensify and realize customer relationship management in order to achieve a high market penetration. To implement and execute the sales strategy for Asian Range in Vietnam. To explore new business opportunities and expand the company's market share. Responsible for business continuity, operational sustainability and continuous improvement for revenue and gains in Vietnam and Cambodia.
2. Sales and Key Account Management
To analyze customer requirements and develop and lead a powerful regional sales organization. To assure customer care and support through the subordinated sales employees for all products and take the respective changes if required.
To personally socialize with major customer, to negotiate and place strategically important contracts and to take personally care of defined key accounts in Vietnam and Cambodia.
To assure the proper sales and P/L planning for all product segments, adequate market pricing and ROI. To take full responsibility for the profit and loss for the business unit and to assure the achievement of the relevant KPI
To handle customers' enquires and complaints, prepare price quotations, maintaining up-to-date customers' data and other day-to-day customer service.
To ensure all orders are fulfilled within set date.
To liaise with Supply Chain Department for stock availability and deliveries issues.
Work closely with Finance Department and oversee the collection of overdue accounts.
To provide sales forecast for the direct superior to facilitate planning.
To effectively control of budgeted operating expenses.
4. Marketing Activities
To coordinate with Marketing Department for designing of market segments specific marketing activities. Gather information on market demand, competition and latest trend.
5. Compliance / Code of Conduct
To ensure all sales activities are comply with Compliance and Code of Conduct accordance to The Group Directives.
6. Ad-hoc Projects
As part of the Aftermarket team of Asia Pacific, the incumbent will be expected to take over ad-hoc projects to ensure the overall development of the aftermarket business in Asia Pacific and to drive organizational changes throughout the region in several fields.
Competencies and experiences:
Master / Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in sales or business development preferably from Automotive Aftermarket or related discipline.
• Independent, resourceful and customer-oriented person. Willing to travel whenever necessary.
• Strong Business and Entrepreneurial skills. Resourcefulness with an aptitude for calculated risk taking and creativity.
• Possess good negotiation skills and able to develop good relationships with customers.
• A good team player. Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Distinguished communication skills with remarkable command of English (spoken and written)
• Preferably possess a valid Driving Licence and own a vehicle.
