Job Description

Business Development Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage organization sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and expense control.
Familiar with Ariba, Sesami and GeBIZ electronic sourcing of government tenders’ and other sales opportunities.
Develop winning sales plans to negotiate and win new tenders
Handle customer negotiation and secure projects deals in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets, developing marketing strategies with action plans to penetrate new markets.
Generate new business opportunities – define market and opportunity plans, arrange and attending prospective client meetings, preparing responses from invitation to tender through preparing commercial terms to underpin a new proposal.
Explore, identify and develop new opportunities, as well as selling our products and services.
Plan and implement strategic and marketing plans to boost sales
Driving profit growth and achieving optimal sales revenue, growing both market share and profitability
Contributing to overall business knowledge database and sharing market information throughout the organization
Close sales – obtain approval for deals, work with clients to agree on contract.

Requirements:
Preferred with an interior design sales background.
At least Diploma or Degree Qualification from a recognized institution.
Prefer a few years of sales experience especially with government hospitality and commercial tenders.
Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
An eye for details, creative & self-motivated.
Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills with people at all levels.
