Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct real estate market research, site investigation, project investment assessment
  • Liaise with and maintain good relationships with external vendors and channel partners
  • Develop relationships with and acquire new channel partners to promote our property investment education program
  • Assist in sales of our property investment education program and property transactions
  • Be the first point of contact for all investor-related issues
  • Communicate with investors on information pertaining to clients’ investments and answer their queries 
  • Make calls to investors to provide updates on their invested projects
  • Work as a team to consistently achieve total client satisfaction
  • Any other assignment as and when required



Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate/ Property/ Building Management or CEA registered salesperson with a Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
  • 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in real estate, investment, business development, and have good knowledge of real estate; Candidates with no experience may apply
  • Familiar with local and overseas real estate markets and relevant authorities’ rules and regulations
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Able to multi-task and meticulous
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Team Player
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Remuneration:
    • Salary:  $2,500 - $2,900 plus attractive commissions and performance bonus
