The Job 
 

You will understand company's asset and service value proposition and be responsible for: 

• Maintaining and managing good relationships with key stakeholders.
• Continuously prospecting for new business opportunities for the company to expand into.
• Frequently researching and reporting on new market opportunities and trends to keep the company up to date.
• Developing goals for business growth and ensure that they are met
• Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
• Closing deals and building relationships with clients
• Tracking, managing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met
• Coming up with new services to address the needs of the market in terms of recruitment and education.
• Ensuring deliverables and KPIs are met within tight deadlines.

The Profile 

• You are a Diploma/degree holder. No experience required for the role.
• You are seeking to master business development fundamentals and strategies
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
