Our Client is an advertising platform driven by AI to pair advertisers with their respective relevant influencers, which enables businesses to reach out to millions and be well-represented to their target audience. The Company has worked with over a hundred brands and has thousands of influencers with a total outreach of over 40 million across South-East Asia.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, as well as identifying opportunities through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, as well as upselling and cross-selling within the existing clients to maximise the share of wallet.
- Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Business Development (B2B) or Sales/Key Account Management role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment, Consulting and Social Media & Ad Tech industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
- You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales and Direct Sales.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You have strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You thrive in fast-paced and changing environments.
